Ultimate Ears Releases Its Most Affordable Boom Speaker Yet

Thanks to the likes of the Megaboom and Roll, Ultimate Ears has long been a go-to for quality Bluetooth speakers. Now, the American imprint is introducing its most affordable offering yet: the Wonderboom.

The new entry-level model is perhaps UE’s most versatile design to date and takes on an unconventional barrel-like form factor that not only pumps out 360-degree sound, but is waterproof, too — its IPX7 waterproof rating means it can be thrown in a pool and will continue to safely operate as it floats around. As you might expect from UE, a bevy of color options are set to be available upon launch while additional details include Bluetooth range of 100 feat and up to ten hours of battery life.

The Wonderboom drops this April for $100 USD.
