Studio Ghibli Is Set to Feature Six Classic Films on the Big Screen
Mark your calendars, Miyazaki fans.
Renowned distributor of animated films, GKIDS, is partnering up with Fathom Events to feature Studio Ghibli classics on the big screen. The special event is exclusive to U.S. audiences and will spotlight a total of six anime titles directed by Hayao Miyazaki, including My Neightbor Totoro, Kiki’s Delivery Service, Castle in the Sky, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, Spirited Away and Howl’s Moving Castle. The duo will kick things off with My Neightbor Totoro on June 25 and then the aforesaid motion pictures will follow respectively.
