For Spring/Summer 2017, Slam Jam Socialism composes an “ode to ordinary life” by way of a new editorial titled “Are Friends Electric?” Shot by photographer Vittorio Schiavo, the photo series takes us to a small Italian town where two bored and indolent youths try to escape the stillness of their habitat through bold and vivid clothing. The placid scenery acts as a canvas to standout pieces from Stone Island, ALYX, J.W. Anderson, OAMC, OFF-WHITE and SUPER by RETROSUPERFUTURE sunglasses. The laid-back styling features oversized cuts, contrasting textiles, bold graphics and vivid colors, showing the premier Italian retailer’s taste for the current season.
