The adidas NMD R1 and R2 Get Limited-Edition Updates to Their Uppers

Including a nod to the bright lights of Hong Kong.

This week sees the launch of two new adidas Originals NMD colorways — a limited-edition R1 with a special Hong Kong palette and the debut of the Synchronization R2 — that are sure to be popular with brand fans. The global edition R2 nods to the Ganso NMD R1 and boasts a pared-back monochrome design with a subtle diagonal stripes pattern on the heel. Meanwhile the Hong Kong NMD R1 takes inspiration from the bright lights of the city with a red and black colorway that features XENO reflective technology for added impact.
