Zombies Take Over the White House in Upcoming 'The Walking Dead' Game

Originally announced in 2016, OVERKILL Software recently released the first trailer for its video game adaptation of The Walking Dead comic and television series. After a series of delays and an absence of any real information regarding the game, the new trailer offers a look at one of the playable characters of the four-person co-op shooter. The short cinematic clip offers a sense of the game’s concept and introduces, Aidan, a businessman turned survivor following the outbreak just before he makes his attempt to reach The White House wielding a nail-studded bat.
Set to release Fall 2018 on PC, Sony PlayStation 4 and Microsoft XBox One, the video game will be centered around co-operative survival gameplay as teams navigate their way around hordes of zombies assisted by a plethora of weapon choices.
