Nike's Retro Air Span II Runner Is Set to Make a Comeback
Sporting one of its OG color schemes.

Nike has dug deep into its vault to resurrect an old school classic in the Air Span II silhouette. The inaugural Air Span shoe first hit the market in the late ‘80s — closely followed by its successor model in 1990, however, hasn’t been seen in quite some time. With that said, the throwback runner is poised to make a comeback in one of its original color schemes, which sees a mix of white, grey and black swarm the upper, while bold blue accents make its way onto the side panel Swoosh, tongue tag and outsole. Signature Air Span II branding found on the side area completes the look.
The Air Span II is available for purchase at select Nike retailer overseas, with a general online release soon to follow. In other sneaker news, early images of the Air Jordan 3 “Black/Cement” have surfaced.
