Nike HyperAdapt 1.0 Gets "Habanero Red" Makeover
Red hot for 2018.
After first previewing the “Habanero Red” iteration of the Nike HyperAdapt 1.0 at the end of November alongside some other new colorways, we now get a closer look.
“Habanero Red” and “Team Red” are complemented with black to help the upper stand out on the futuristic Nike silhouette. A white midsole is coupled with the auto-lacing MT2 light-up mechanism that still glows blue but has been given a blacked-out treatment. The familiar blue glow of the lights will also once again make its way onto the heel of the sneaker in the form of five dots.
The Nike HyperAdapt 1.0 in “Habanero Red” is expected to release sometime in 2018 with additional colorways for a steep price of $720 USD, which Tinker Hatfield admits is too expensive. In other news, Swoosh fans who also happen to be Yankees fans will be happy to learn that the Air Jordan 1 “RE2PECT” returns this weekend.
