Twitter Adds Support for Tweetstorms With New Threads Feature
More long-form Twitter threads are coming.

Get ready for more verboseness on Twitter. The social network site has announced it will roll out a new feature that makes it easier to create thread messages, or tweetstorm, as it’s known. This means users can basically post longer thoughts than Twitter’s already-expanded 280-character limit provides.
The new feature is supposed to make sending a thread of tweets simpler, which in theory, will give users more incentive to do it, which means more engagement for Twitter. The update should be live to users on iOS, Android and its .com “in the coming weeks,” the company wrote on its blog.
