EJDER Spotlights AMBUSH, adidas by Raf Simons & More for "Suburbanite" Editorial
Highlighting modern society’s struggle to address inner city issues with key pieces from Fall/Winter 2017.

This past summer, EJDER mixed contemporary streetwear and “post-modern grunge” for an editorial that spotlighted Stussy, Converse and Juun.J. Capping off another successful year, EJDER serves up a special showcase for 2017’sfinal month
For EJDER’s Fall/Winter 2017 presentation, the brand serves up the “Suburbanite” editorial. Setting out to highlight modern metropolitan society’s’ failure to deal with inner-city issues and struggles, EJDER’s editorial uses clothing from AMBUSH, adidas by Raf Simons, Juun.J and Drole De Monsieur to create the “sartorial equivalent of a modern, inner city No-Man’s-Land uniform;” the “hollow” facial expressions of the models are intended to complete the narrative.
“Both inclusive and crude, the metropolis seems unconquered by mankind. Yet, the forceful conquering of distressed inner-city suburban living by criminality continues to be a fascination by the wider metropolis,” reads an official statement from EJDER.
