adidas's "The History of Crazy" Is An Animated Lesson on the Popular Model

With a slew of adidas’s Crazy silhouettes getting reworked with new colorways, the brand is seeking to educate the younger generation on the shoe’s history. As such, adidas turned to basketball analyst Famous Los for a breakdown of the style and its history.
Taking place over the course of a 2-minute animation, The History of Crazy quickly runs through the history of the shoe. Beginning in the late 90s, the video goes through the “Balling,” “Retro,” and “Unhumble” eras. Important moments include 2005’s Crazy 8 and the current era’s slew of colorways and textiles used to produce the sneaker.
