PUMA and Artist Michael Lau Unveil "Sample Suede" Collaboration
Only 250 are being released.

Hong Kong street artist Michael Lau has teamed up with PUMA to produce a colorful, distinctive iteration of the brand’s iconic shoe, dubbed the “Sample Suede.” Taking inspiration from a variety of places such as prototype sneakers, which accounts for the shoe’s mismatched colorway, the design also references the PUMA Suede’s long-running history with previous colorways and captures Michael Lau’s vividly unique style.
Those lucky enough to get their hands on a pair will also find a limited edition “Worth Cat” figurine, Michael Lau’s reinterpretation of the famous PUMA logo.
Releasing on November 23 and priced at $1,990 HKD (approximately $256 USD), a limited run of 200 pairs will go on sale at the PUMA Flagship on Fashion Walk Causeway Bay in Hong Kong, while a handpicked retailer in Taiwan and China will each get 25 pairs.
