Engineered Garments & Timberland Announce Collab With Video Starring DMX
“I’m not a role model.”
Engineered Garments and Timberland have revealed plans for a new collaborative collection, and the two brands have linked up with a hip-hop veteran to help promote it.
Taking to the official Nepenthes Instagram, Timberland and Engineered Garments tease their forthcoming collaboration with a vignette that features the legendary DMX. “I’m not a role model,” a stone-faced DMX shares. “Don’t do that to me — listen to what I say.” While the teaser trailer doesn’t reveal too many details about the upcoming drop, it does do a solid job of stirring up anticipation.

Last month, Engineered Garments collaborated with Dr. Martens on a new version of the classic Monkey Boot. Timberland’s most recent collaboration was the “Explore the Unknown” collection with SOPHNET.
