Concepts & Canada Goose Battle the Cold on Collaborative Macmillan Parka
New details and a special fabric make for a unique winter coat.
Boston’s Concepts knows how cold it can get in the North, so it’s teamed up with Canada Goose on limited-edition, winter-fighting outerwear. The collaborative Macmillan Parka is the fruit of their labor.
Featuring a slim fit and personalized details, the jacket boasts a 3-way snorkel hood and fleece-lined hand warmer pockets for added warmth. Graded to withstand temperatures down to -5°F, the parka features Ecoya fabric in the outer shell, which harnesses ecologically-friendly dye to create iridescent colors. Style-minded details abound — Concepts and Canada Goose branding appear on the left sleeve, and a revised hem sports curved side slits and an elongated back to grant the wearer extra protection from the elements.
Retailing for $950 USD, the Macmillan Parka will be offered in Concepts’ stores and through its website on November 17. Never short on collaborations, Concepts last teamed up with New Balance on a revised “Hyannis” 999.
