The adidas NMD_R1 PK "Color Static" Recalls "Disrupted TV Images"
It’s like a scrambled screen on your feet.

A few weeks after revealing the NMD_R1 Primeknit “Zebra,” sportswear giant adidas keeps the focus on delivering unique, unorthodox versions of the popular NMD_R1 Primeknit style.
Introduced as a “disruptive new take on the modern classic footwear silhouette,” the new “Color Static” design takes inspirational cues from “disrupted TV images,” hence its name. As you can see, the exterior closely resembles an incredibly-scrambled, fuzzy old-school television screen.
Staying true to previous models, this latest NMD_R1 Primeknit features a BOOST midsole, a rubber outsole, welded TPU lace eyelets, custom heel tab and the signature Primeknit construction. Outside of the exterior presentation, adidas didn’t experiment too much with the original NMD_R1 Primeknit build.
You can take a look at the new adidas NMD_R1 Primeknit “Color Static” above, while the sneaker itself will hit the market on November 11 at $170 USD. Make sure to check out HBX for the drop.
