TAKARA WONG Looks to the Future for Spring/Summer 2018
Futuristic and sporty streetwear.

Bangkok’s TAKARA WONG debuts its Spring/Summer 2018 collection with a new lookbook. Incorporating a futuristic theme into the label’s style of streetwear, the range focuses on a variety of prints and progressive designs.
Sticking to a primarily neutral color palette, the ambitious offering increases the visual appeal with prints and striking details — like transparent cut-outs and multiple pull cords on a single garment. TAKARA WONG strays from the black, white and gray base with a bold array of red garments, with shoes to match. Phrases like “I AM FUTURE-SISTANCE” and “THE FUTURE IS WONG” cover many of the pieces and most others also feature at least one colorful graphic. The collection hews toward relaxed cuts and revised takes on conventional clothing like bomber jackets, cargo pants and curved brim caps.
