Up-and-coming Japanese label PHINGERIN teams up with Lee Japan on a capsule for powerhouse Japanese retailer UNITED ARROWS‘ youthful imprint BEAUTY & YOUTH. The brief collection consists of two Lee staple items revised with PHINGERIN’s trademark whimsy.

The Storm Rider jacket and a matching set of Work Pants have been subtly tweaked by PHINGERIN, fitting neatly into the brand’s sense of style. The Storm Rider features the more subtle redesigns, such as PHINGERIN’s red stripe detailing behind the right arm, and matching red lining on the sleeve. Meanwhile, the Work Pants have been outfitted with elastic drawstring waists and boast a slight taper below the knee for added ease. All of the pieces offer snap buttons and typical Lee branding. Available in either light blue or navy corduroy, the Storm Rider retails for ¥25,920 JPY (approximately $230 USD) and the Work Pants are priced at ¥15,120 JPY (approximately $135 USD).

October 14 marks the in-store release of the collection, which arrives online shortly afterwards. This announcement comes on the heels of two other recent UNITED ARROWS exclusives, a collaboration between budding Japanese label F-lagstuf-f and Toy Machine, and a jacket made with Descente ALLTERRAIN.
