The newest offering from NIGOLD by UNITED ARROWS blends together elements of classic British and American traditional-wear. Creative director NIGO hearkens back to suits of decades past with relaxed cuts and unfussy fabrics.
NIGOLD by UNITED ARROWS‘s Fall/Winter 2017 collection features plenty of references to classic tailoring. Lounge jackets sporting large lapels and patch pockets are paired with patterned ties and understated shirts, which recall vintage suiting styles. That’s not to say that the line is a ’70s revival as there’s plenty of contemporary touches: band collar shirts, tapered pants and the tailored cut of the jackets keep the pieces from looking like thrift store finds.
