Junya Watanabe MAN Drops The North Face, Carhartt & Levi's Collabs for Fall/Winter 2017
Patchwork gear for the cold weather.

Junya Watanabe is keeping busy for the Fall/Winter 2017 season. Besides releasing some clothes under the COMME des GARÇONS HOMME imprint, Watanabe has produced a series of collaborations in tandem with The North Face, Carhartt, and Levi’s.
The drop primarily includes substantial outerwear boasting plenty of leather, wool, corduroy, and nylon, with two pairs of reworked Levi’s jeans rounding out the selection. Pieces include a Carhartt chore jacket, paneled Levi’s jeans, and a variety of winter-ready outerwear with The North Face. Watanabe’s love of patchwork plays heavily into the collection: one pair of Levi’s boasts a herringbone waistband, canvas hip pockets, and tartan paneling; the Carhartt jacket boasts bold pattern mixing; and all of the The North Face items have been pieced together out of duffle bags, allowing for playful branding and striking hits of color.
The entire offering is available at Haven. In other Haven news, the fifth issue of intelligence is coming soon.
