Alexander Wang and adidas Originals Return With Season 2's Third Drop

Having dropped the second part of this season’s collaboration with adidas Originals, Alexander Wang has now revealed the third installment with a Juergen Teller-shot lookbook. As with the rest of the collection, this drop takes inspiration from two separate worlds — raving and cycling — to produce an athletic new capsule of footwear and apparel.

The apparel side of the release is designed to be essential pieces for a long night out, with a polar half-zip and jogger coming with thick fleece and industrial graphics on satin patches. Other apparel pieces include the Adibreak snap-away track pants and shorts, as well as the standout polar robe. Elsewhere for outerwear, the capsule features a fleece-lined coaches jacket, a hooded stadium coat and the fully reversible puffer jacket, which comes in a ripstop fabric and exposed duck down filling.

In terms of footwear, Wang has taken on two technical silhouettes for this release. The AW Hike Lo comes with adidas BOOST tooling, molded rubber outsoles inspired by the Marathon TR sneaker and suede uppers. The other sneaker in the drop — the AW Bball Lo — is an updated version of a shoe from the first season of the collaboration and comes with a premium suede and full-grain leather upper, as well as a lower top than its last release.
