Look Inside Aaron Rose's Hollywood Home
The artist/writer/curator shows his colorful art collection.
Having recently put the spotlight on photographer Wolfgang Tillmans, NOWNESS now gives us a look inside the Hollywood home of artist, writer and curator Aaron Rose. In the video, Rose talks about opening Alleged, his New York art gallery that featured work from artists such as Mark Gonzales, Sofia Coppola and Harmony Korine.
Elsewhere in the video, Rose gives a look around his colorful house, as well as explaining the reason that he moved from New York to LA (“basically New York got too expensive, and it was impairing my ability to be creative.”) Rose also shows some of his prized possessions, ranging from his extensive art collection to a photo album filled with images from his Bar Mitzvah.
In other art news, take a look around Yayoi Kusama’s ‘Infinity Mirrors’ exhibition at Los Angeles’ Broad.
