As the widely acclaimed Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition enters its 53rd year tomorrow, this year’s edition received just under 50,000 entries from 92 different countries. The competition includes a total of 13 separate categories from which two final winners are drawn: Wildlife Photographer of the Year and Young Wildlife Photographer of the Year.
The exhibition runs from October 20, 2017 until May 28, 2018 at the Natural History Museum in London, UK. You can purchase tickets on the NHM website. Next year’s competition will open October 23, 2017 — you can learn more about entering over at the competition’s website.
