Sony's PS4 Is Getting a New Mini Controller
Fun-sized.

A new Mini-Wired Gamepad, officially licensed by Sony, has been developed by Japanese-based manufacturer Hori for younger users of the PS4. The new controller is 40% smaller than the traditional DualShock 4 and promotes a minimalist aesthetic through its simple flat design.
The new PS4 accessory is furnished with the same basic features, including the right and left joysticks, R1/L1 and R2/L2 buttons, direction buttons and the staple four action buttons. However, due to its relatively smaller size compared to the DualShock 4, it doesn’t include the stereo headset jack, speaker, dual motors and motion sensor. It also isn’t wireless and is equipped with a 10-foot cable.
Due to the slightly more simple design, the controller is retailing for a lower price of $29.99 USD. Look for Hori’s mini controller to launch in the U.S. and Canada this holiday season.
