Xander Zhou's 2017 Fall/Winter Collection Is Dominated by Crop Tops and Oversized Outerwear Pieces
Challenging traditional norms of tailoring.

Chinese designer Xander Zhou had an eventful start to London Fashion Week Men. The Beijing-based creative presented a 2017 fall/winter collection rife with progressive tailoring — there were angular finishes, voluminous shapes, and intriguing layers to say the least. Crop tops dominated, as well as oversized coats, high-waisted patchwork pants, and a striking denim range.
There’s an interesting color story in the mix for the colder seasons as well, as Zhou blends vibrant hints of blue, lime-green, orange and purple to complement the usual greys, blacks, and other subdued tones familiar with fall and winter. Peruse through all the looks above and let us know your thoughts.
