Polish filmmaker Agnieszka Smoczynska has directed a totally weird yet fascinating musical that stars a pair of cannibalistic mermaids. Set against ’80s-inspired backdrops, the independent motion picture follows two man-eating sisters who join a seemingly shady cabaret. All-in-all, the two-minute trailer is a cocktail of feverish dance sequences, unrequited love and bloodthirsty fangs. Oh, and there are a ton of The Neon Demon vibes going on in here.
