Kit Kat Releases Limited Edition "Sushi" Pieces in Tokyo
Yes, this is real.

Kit Kat will celebrate the launch of a new speciality store by making limited-edition sushi Kit Kats. The concoctions come in three flavors, all inspired by classic sushi types: tuna, sea urchin and egg respectively. The tuna edition is made of raspberry flavor topping on puffed white chocolate rice, the sea urchin flavor uses Hokkaido Melon and mascarpone cheese Kit Kats wrapped in seaweed, and lastly the egg sushi is a pumpkin pudding-flavored topping with puffed white chocolate-covered rice. This marks the second time Kit Kat Japan has teased Kit Kat sushi, although previously it was an April Fools’ Day joke. These will be available between February 2-4 in the Ginza store and will only be available to people who spend over ¥3,000 JPY (approximately $26 USD) at the store, address below.
