If you haven’t already heard of Charlotte Day Wilson yet, now’s a good time. The Toronto singer and BadBadNotGood affiliate finally dropped the music video to her most well-known song thus far, “Work,” which was released late last summer as part of her CDW EP. Directed by Fantavious Fritz, the minimalistic visual aims to illustrate “people commuting to work as a moving potrait.”

CDW tells NPR: “I really wanted to use shooting the video as an opportunity to organize an afternoon of camaraderie with an amazing group of women, genderqueer and trans folks from my community in Toronto. People got to know each other, make new friends and bask in the powerful energy that occupied an otherwise ordinary, mundane space.”
