Tory Lanez continues to fan the flames in the rift between him and fellow Canadian star Drake. Continuing to bait and poke fun at the OVO rapper, Tory Lanez has flexed on Drake in two separate instances this week. While out on a Philadelphia street corner, Tory Lanez baited Drake with the following exchange:
