Jordan Brand Unlocks "The Breakfast Club" in Honor of Michael Jordan
You can now train like the G.O.A.T.

Inspired by MJ’s notorious 7 a.m. training sessions focused on strength training and weights, Jordan Brand has unveiled its very own “Breakfast Club.” The program is built around a 30-day program by Jordan Master Trainer, Alex Molden, helping to improve athletes’ speed, strength and reaction time for the season ahead. To celebrate the rebirth of this vigorous training program, the brand has released the Jordan Trainer 1, a versatile cross trainer designed for quick, explosive movements, available in both mid- and low-top versions. The collection will also include Jordan Flex Hyperweave shorts, as well as the Jordan 23 Tech Top for enhanced training efficiency.
Interested athletes can pre-register now and start receiving workouts on September 6. Once subscribed to the digital program, they can begin doing workouts contributed by Jordan athletes like Dez Bryant, Erik Kynard and Jalen Ramsey.
The collection is available online now.
