Donald Glover's Series 'Atlanta' Gets Six New Trailers
“I had a weird dream.’”

The start of September will see Donald Glover re-emerge with a body of long-awaited work. His sparsely marketed PHAROS app counts down to a series of live shows on September 2, 3 and 4 in Joshua Tree. As Atlanta is slated to air on September 6, we can expect next month to be a crucial one for Glover fans.
Whetting appetites a bit, FX has just released six short trailers for the upcoming ATL-centric show. Unsurprisingly, the 14- to 16-second teasers reveal little of the plot-line. Titled “Work,” “Close Calls,” “Curry,” “Deja Vu,” “Alive” and “Hard Day,” the six snippets provide a deeper glimpse into the world of Earnest “Earn” Marks as he navigates the Atlanta scene. As the series’ director Hiro Murai has previously collaborated with Glover for Childish Gambino music videos, we can expect to see parallels between Atlanta and the visuals for “Sweatpants,” “Sober” and “3005.” Check out the trailers below.
