Bound Amsterdam Goes Heavy With Neutrals for Its 2017 Spring/Summer Collection
A minimalist collection inspired by a Japanese gangster movie.

Bound Amsterdam recently unveiled its 2017 spring/summer collection that was heavily influenced by Japanese culture, more specifically a Japanese gangster movie called Kurôzu Zero (Crows Zero)—the film centers upon the power struggle between a group of gangs in an all-boys high school. The minimalist brand featured a bounty of ready-to-wear garments and a pared-back palette of neutral hues such as grey, navy and white. Pieces in the collection include jersey tracksuits, sportswear jackets, long button-down shirts, and loose-fitting jogging pants. The most standout item definitely goes to a silver and gold skirt. All in all, the Dutch clothing label triumphed in creating a collection for the balmy seasons, focusing on clean, solid and sporty pieces.
