The Air Jordan 2 Gets the Quai 54 Treatment
The cream of this year’s Quai 54 crop.
Paris’s annual Quai 54 World Streetball Championship has provided the basis for some awesome Jordan Brand exclusives over the years (the special edition Air Jordan 5s comes to mind) and this year’s installment of the showcase is no different. Joining the likes of corresponding takes on the Kobe 11 and Air Jordan XXX is the cream of this year’s Quai 54 crop: a clean Air Jordan 2. Marked by a combination of “Light Bone” suede and metallic gold accents, the kicks come with nods to the tournament on the tongue, heel, and footbeds while the milky white rubber outsole cleverly incorporates the Quai 54 logo on the pivot point.
A European exclusive, the Air Jordan 2 “Quai 54” is due out July 22 in limited quantities.
