Based on the strength of the smash-hit TV show, Game of Thrones, the quaint Spanish village of Osuna is now all of a sudden getting its “15 minutes of fame.” Remember back in season five when Daenerys successfully fled from the Pit of Daznak, following the ruthless attack at the hands of the Sons of the Harpy? Osuna’s historical bullfighting ring was chosen by producers of the show for its authentically unique aesthetic as it astonishingly remains unscathed by time. Once plagued by unemployment rates north of the 30 percent mark, Osuna has experienced quite the revival as tourists and fans alike flock to the Andalusian city for a taste of anything and everything GoT.
