ASICS Channels the Aesthetic of Retro Runners for the GEL-Lique
ASICS dips into the archives for its latest silhouette.
ASICS has done well over the years when it comes to resurrecting old school silhouettes, reintroducing both the GEL-Respector and GEL-Sight in 2015 to great success. Now the brand is going in an entirely different direction with its latest silhouette, channeling retro inspiration to introduce some entirely new: the GEL-Lique. A design that’s right at home alongside the likes of the GEL-Lyte III, GEL-Lyte V and GEL-Saga, the Lique comes in the form of a decidedly retro runner, opting here for a clean combination of navy and grey to boot.
Complete with ASICS’ signature GEL-cushioned midsole, the “Indian Ink” edition of the GEL-Lique is available now via Tokyo’s atmos.
