RAVEN PROJECTS at CIFF Brings Scandinavian Minimalism to a Trade Show
A highly modern approach to product showcase.
Danish design is synonymous with minimalism, an aesthetic that has helped the likes of of Libertine-Libertine, Norse Projects and Han Kjøbenhavn carve out a reputation in the increasingly competitive world of menswear. Many of the country’s talented designers have drifted away from this clean, simplistic look, but the concept still remains at the core of the creative industry and its approach to design. In anticipation of CIFF Fall/Winter 2016, RAVEN PROJECTS looks to bring this very notion to Scandinavia’s largest and most innovative trade show with a 2,000-square-meter exhibition-style installation that will showcase emerging talent alongside more established names. The industrial-inspired space will host the likes of Wales Bonner, Nicholas Daley, Story MFG and Rombaut, while live demonstrations, performances, and guest speakers look to increase engagement and add a whole different facet to the conventional trade show experience.
