Paul Rudd & Patton Oswalt's Animated 'Nerdland' Gets a Red-Band Trailer
Featuring cameos by Hannibal Burress, Mike Judge, Molly Shannon, Paul Scheer and more.
Seth Rogen’s Pixar-inspired satire Sausage Party isn’t the only R-rated animated movie coming to a big screen near you as Paul Rudd and Patton Oswalt are cooking one up of their own: Nerdland. Starring Rudd as an aspiring actor and Oswalt as a would-be-screenwriter, Nerdland takes on Hollywood as the duo sets out on an all-day affair through their all-star rolodexes in an attempt to make it big by the end of the night. Ultimately, the two “showbiz nobodies” come up with a plan that will at least have them go down in infamy.
The first feature film from Titmouse, Inc. (Metalocalypse), Nerdland also features the likes of Hannibal Burress, Mike Judge, Molly Shannon and Paul Scheer and will debut at the Tribeca Film Festival next month before hitting theaters sometime later this year.
