Dam-Funk ain’t the only one ensuring the funk flows strong. Decades upon decades into the game, and George Clinton and his legendary Funkadelic crew are still creating and active. Late in 2014, Funkadelic dropped three albums’ worth of material dubbed First Ya Gotta Shake the Gate. The LP featured appearances from fellow trailblazers like Sly Stone and Del the Funky Homosapien.
