After a local saved the crew’s lost GoPro camera off Italy’s coast, Eddie takes the gentleman to an artisan shop as a little ‘thank you.’ As it goes with many cultures around the world, every part of an animal is prepared for consumption, and a nice hunk of Sicilian red tuna wasn’t enough for Eddie. With an eager camera crew to capture the moment and a bottle of cheap white to wash it down, Eddie reaches a pivotal moment in his culinary career when he tries his first bite of the finest salted tuna sperm.
