NONCONFORMIST Embraces Anti-War Themes With Its Second-Ever Collection
“We are the prisoners to our own war, as we live in a society with no peace.”

In a conscious effort to combat humanity’s ever-changing landscape of global unrest and turmoil, up-and-coming label NONCONFORMIST embraces anti-war themes for its second-ever collection. Aptly titled “DON’T WASTE WAR,” the new 2016 fall/winter range presents military-inspired silhouettes adorned with anti-war messages and motifs directly inspired by socio-political movements and public uprisings. Already solidifying its stance towards uncompromising quality, the East London-based brand sources fine Italian nylons, Japanese cotton ripstop and Scottish wool for the seasonal collection. Standout pieces this season include the “Don’t Waste War” Flight suit and the “Prisoners to War” Coach Jacket, as well as the “Fighter for the Voteless” Round Collar Wool Bomber that’s finished off with classic badge and print embroidery, which are all showcased in the Manuel Pallhuber-shot preview lookbook set in the streets of Paris, seen above.
Watch out for the NONCONFORMIST 2016 fall/winter “DON’T WASTE WAR” collection to hit international retailers July 1, and explore more of the brand’s offerings on their website.
