1990’s beloved Shigeyuki Mitsui-designed GEL-Lyte III got an appropriate update last year as ASICS introduced the GEL-Lyte EVO in honor of the 25th anniversary of the silhouette. Following last fall’s “Samurai” trio, ASICS has dropped a minty fresh take on the design. Perfect for Easter next month and the spring ahead, the kicks echo the aesthetic of Mitsui’s split-tongued classic, but don modern synthetic construction in conjunction with a new sole unit.

Covered in minty green with a splash of grey and a dash of white along the midsole, the latest GEL-Lyte EO is due to hit retailers like Berlin’s Overkill this Wednesday, February 10.
