'GARAGE' Imagines Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Karlie Kloss & More as Marvel Superheroes
Supermodels as She-Hulk, Spider-Gwen, Black Widow, Captain Marvel and Thor.
The tenth issue of GARAGE is all about “inclusiveness and democracy within the contemporary art world.” So, with Captain America: Civil War fresh on the brain, GARAGE has teamed up with none other than Marvel as it introduces its Spring/Summer 2016 issue. The collaborative results include five different covers, each a symbol of female empowerment as it depicts a supermodel as one of Marvel’s iconic superheroes. Victoria’s Secret Angels Adriana Lima and Candice Swanepoel appear as She-Hulk and Spider-Gwen, respectively, while Karlie Kloss, Lexi Bowling, and Cuba Tornado Scott take on Black Widow, Captain Marvel and Thor. With the publication in hand, users can even scan the covers to bring the superheroines to life.
The tenth issue of GARAGE can be pre-ordered online now with all five covers available for £10 GBP (approximately $14.43 USD) each.
