Margot Robbie Nabs the Throne for IMDb's 2016 Most-Viewed Stars Ranking
Alongside ‘GoT’ actress Emilia Clarke and ‘Stranger Things’ phenom Millie Bobby Brown.

The online database for everything movie and TV-related has just released the most popular Hollywood superstars of 2016. Margot Robbie nabbed the first place spot with Game of Thrones actress Emilia Clarke and 12-year-old Stranger Things phenom Millie Bobby Brown closely trailing the Australian actress. To curate the annual ranking, IMDb culls the total amount of page views from each celebrity profile — approximately 250 million unique visitors drop by the Amazon-owned site on a monthly basis.
Robbie stole the hearts of comic book fans with her portrayal of Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad. The 26-year-old starlet also took on the role of Jane Clayton in The Legend of Tarzan as well as sexy wife to Jordan Belfort (Leonardo DiCaprio) in The Wolf of Wall Street. This isn’t the first time Robbie made her imprint on IMDb rankings, she was crowned third place for its 2015 Top Stars list and was named the company’s top breakout star in 2014.
As a whole, IMDb’s most-viewed stars ranking for 2016 predominantly spotlights a slew of big movie actresses alongside the only two male actors on the list: Tom Hardy and DiCaprio. Take a look at the top 10 below and head over to IMDb’s official website to learn more.
