Take a Look Inside the New NIKELAB MA5 Store in Tokyo
Offering a full-blown sensory experience.
There’s no stopping the Swoosh with its fledgling SoHo flagship in New York City and now a brand new NikeLab store in Tokyo, Japan. News surrounding the unique brick-and-mortar first broke earlier this November, but now, photos of the NikeLab MA5 have surfaced—offering fans an up-close look at the immersive retail space that once housed Hiroshi Fujiwara’s the POOL aoyama. The store will contain NikeLab’s latest innovations alongside full-blown sensory experiences. There will be a row of digitally-powered fitting rooms, omni-directional sound systems, as well as Nike Grind flooring that is made up of premium, recycled materials. Not to mention, the label’s highly-anticipated 2016 Holiday ACG collection will be on display.
As a whole, the space is a seamless marriage between nature and technology. NikeLab MA5 will be the seventh NikeLab location following stores in Hong Kong, Shanghai, New York, Paris, London and Milan. Take a tour of the space above before doors open this December 1.
