For nostalgic Nikeheads, the Air Max 97 “Silver” garnered a love-hate relationship due to its “futuristic” looks and bold color statement. This season however, Nike is bringing the complicated runner back onto shelves, but unfortunately only to Italian sneakerheads’ reach as the AM97 sees its retro in Milan.

To commemorate its 20th anniversary, the Silver Factory in Piazza Vetra will host a special event on November 28 that will include performances by Ebbasta Sphere, The Dark Polo Gang, Sick Luke, Charlie Charles and more, followed by a headlining Skepta. The event is now open for registration over at Nike.com. A December 2 release date is slated for the shoe but future releases and an overseas drop is yet to be announced.
