Mighty Crown & mita sneakers Put Their Spin on Le Coq Sportif's R1000

Titolo isn’t the only one putting its stamp on Le Coq Sportif’s R1000 this season. Fresh off the unveiling of its collaborative “Mellow Mint” rendition of the retro runner, the French sportswear outfit has joined forces with Tokyo-based footwear favorite mita sneakers and reggae-centric Japanese music makers Mighty Crown. Sporting the patriotic blue, white, and red of the French tricolour, the limited-edition design boasts a predominately black leather upper while eye-catching leopard spots and zebra stripes decorate the quarter panels and heels, respectively.
Expect these to be available exclusively from mita this December for ￥17,500 JPY (approximately $157 USD).
