UPDATE: The Yeezy 350 Cleat Will Not Be Stocked at adidas Outlets

UPDATE: Unfortunately it has been revealed that the photo below is in fact of a pair that was returned by a customer and is not indicative of any Yeezy 350 Cleats in stock at any outlet.

The adidas Yeezy 350 “Turtle Dove” model caused a stir when it was transformed into a cleat version, revealed by Houston Texans wideout DeAndre Hopkins. The unveiling of the pair had other pro athletes intrigued, but it wasn’t long until the NFL caught wind and decided it would ban the non-rules compliant shoe. In fact, Hopkins was fined $6,000 USD for wearing them.

In addition to the hype, the cleats were actually released to the general public at the retail price of $250 USD exclusively on the adidas online store. But it looks like that’s not the only place where you can get them now (they’re not available on the site anymore) – as a Redditor reveals, he came across a pair at an adidas outlet located in Vacaville, California. However, it didn’t have the discounted price outlets are generally known for. Instead, the shoes kept their original $250 USD price tag.

It would be quite the sight if ever the original non-cleat Yeezy 350 “Turtle Dove” made it to the outlets. But that would be a long shot dream for some footwear fans. For athletes of field sports however, you can check your local adidas outlet to see if they have some in stock. It would an interesting choice for competitive flag football games on Thanksgiving day.
