Under Armour Officially Unveils the Curry 3
The three point striker’s third silhouette.
Shooting from seemingly anywhere on the court, Golden State Warrior’s Stephen Curry is gearing up for the upcoming season in style via his forthcoming signature silhouette, the Under Armour Curry 3. Mixing speed, support, balance and durability, just the right amount of technology is incorporated within the Curry 3 to help the two-time MVP shoot for another MVP award and another NBA Championship.
Within the silhouette you’ll find a new technology from Under Armour dubbed Threadborne. This is constructed of ultra-durable yarn which is tailored to endure the strain of a tough 82-game NBA Season, plus the intensity of the playoffs. A special Meta-Wing can be found on the Curry 3’s heel in order to create a snug fit around the ankle to support quick cuts on the hardwood.
Anafoam and Charged Cushioning brings the silhouette altogether as a lightweight source of support while still providing that responsive burst when driving to the basket.
The Under Armour Curry 3 will retail for $140 USD and officially release in a “Dub Nation Heritage” colorway on October 25. That launch will then be followed by a special “SC Camo” colorway on October 27 with select retailers and online.
