Ducati's SuperSport Is Its First New Model for 2017
The Italian bike builder offers a glimpse of what’s in store for the Milan Motorcycle Show next month.

With the new year just a few short months away, Ducati has finally revealed its first new motorcycle for the 2017 model year: the SuperSport. Straddling the line between the storied Italian bike manufacturer’s more high-powered fare and a touring design, the SuperSport is actually perhaps even more wieldy than Ducati’s first-ever cruiser, the XDiavel, thanks to a 937 cc 113 horsepower engine and included Safety Pack of ABS and traction control. Better yet, Sport, Touring and Urban riding modes are all included. And if you’re looking for something a bit more nimble, Ducati has you covered there, too, as its S edition of the SuperSport comes with throttle-free upshifts and clutchless downshifts, not to mention a rear seat cover.
The SuperSport is due out in March of next year while Ducati is expected to unveil more of its 2017 models at next month’s Milan Motorcycle Show.
