Tissot’s New NBA Supersport Watch Takes Cues From the Court

Tissot is extending its long-running relationship with basketball through the new Supersport NBA 2026 chronograph. Tissot has served as the NBA’s Official Timekeeper since 2015, and the latest special edition moves away from overt team colors in favor of a monochromatic grey palette inspired by contemporary sportswear. Its sandblasted stainless-steel case, bezel and pushers create a matte, industrial finish that carries through to the grey dial and matching rubber strap, giving the watch a more streamlined character than some of the brand’s earlier basketball-themed Supersport releases.

Basketball references are integrated throughout the design rather than simply applied as branding. White dashed markings across the dial recall court lines, while the date aperture takes its shape from the painted key area beneath the basket. An NBA Logoman appears on the central chronograph seconds hand, while the bezel replaces a conventional timing scale with a 24-second display, referencing the league’s shot clock.

The theme continues around back with an engraved NBA caseback referencing the Eastern and Western Conferences. Measuring 42mm, the watch is topped by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, uses Super-LumiNova on its hands and hour markers and is completed by an interchangeable quick-release grey rubber strap.

Inside, Tissot equips the Supersport NBA with its Swiss-made G10 quartz chronograph movement, keeping the emphasis on straightforward precision and everyday functionality.
