New York’s inaugural fashion week for menswear brought along a buzz and excitement for us to see American designers being able to showcase their latest work on home turf. Brands such as Public School, N.HOOLYWOOD and Rochambeau were just a handful of the more progressive entities that mixed in with longstanding heritage labels like Thom Browne and Ralph Lauren. As expected due to the warm weather temperatures, loose-fitting garments and lightweight fabrics were rampant throughout the attendees, who wore their pieces in a laid back aesthetic.
