Near the end of last year, Run The Jewels were able to Kickstart their Meow The Jewels project, which was a recreation of their latest album RTJ 2 ”using nothing but cat sounds.” Although the group members El-P and Killer Mike have been working on it, nothing has really surfaced other than a few Instagram posts. Tonight, the first MTJ track, titled “Meowrly,” was debuted on their Beats 1 Radio show. The song is a new rendition of their Boots-featured “Early,” and as we imagined, is quite the entertaining listen. Check it out above.
